How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days and usually arrive in 11–17 business days in France and the EU. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. See our Shipping policy.
Can I return my order?
Yes — you have 14 days after delivery to withdraw, using our online withdrawal form. For hygiene reasons, cosmetics that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned unless they are faulty. See Returns, refunds & withdrawal.
My product arrived damaged or faulty — what now?
Email us photos and your order number at store.original122@gmail.com. Under your legal guarantee we will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you.

Is the makeup safe for sensitive skin?
Always patch test a new product on a small area of skin 24 hours before first use, and stop using it if irritation occurs.
