1. Your 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a person you designate (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods. If your order is delivered in several parcels, the period runs from receipt of the last parcel.
How to withdraw
Before the 14 days end, inform us of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement, using any of these options:
- our online withdrawal form (“Withdraw from contract here”);
- an email to store.original122@gmail.com;
- the model withdrawal form below (its use is not mandatory).
We will promptly send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email, stating the content of your withdrawal and the date and time we received it. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your withdrawal before the 14-day period expires.
Returning the goods
Send the goods back to the return address we give you without undue delay and at the latest 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal. The direct cost of returning the goods is paid by you. Refund
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (any extra cost from choosing a more expensive delivery method than our cheapest standard option is not refunded), without undue delay and at the latest 14 days after the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We use the same payment method you used for the order, unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not pay any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exception: sealed cosmetics
For health protection and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetic products that were sealed on delivery and have been unsealed by you after delivery (Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU; Article L221-28, 5° of the French Consumer Code). Products that are still sealed can be returned as described above. This exception never affects your legal guarantees below.
2. Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us at store.original122@gmail.com with your order number and photos. Under your legal guarantee of conformity we will repair, replace or refund the item at no cost to you, including return costs.
